Since mum developed dementia after losing dad we have struggled to find great carers for her. Then along came Promise Care Services and, in particular, Assumpta. We could not have found a better person to help mum. She is kind, caring, funny, considerate and very conscientious. She is a credit to her agency and a very wonderful person. I cannot describe the joy it gives us when we visit mum and as we walk in the front door we hear mum and Assumpta laughing together. She is bringing joy and comfort to mum in her lonely years. Service is superb, check thoroughly the requirements and then create the care plan and ensure all care staff fully aware. Excellent contact and regular communication. These guts have been a blessing in providing daily care to a family member.

We started getting care for our relative back in May.Its always nerve-racking having someone come in to your house but it’s been stress free. At the beginning we had various carers come on different days, then we had the regulars carry on.All are polite, friendly and approachable.If you prefer them to do something different, I just ask.They are very affable.Some have a lovely rapport with my relative which is particularly nice. I should add we have a dog so I tell them to avoid/ ignore and it works fine.
